Our 8-Step Process

Introduction
Together we will discuss where you want to live, your design preferences, lifestyle requirements, timeline and budget. We will introduce you to our services, processes and the Willix team.
2.
Location
Whether it is a lot that you own or a lot that we have in our inventory, we will help you assess the building potential and how the lot meets your needs. If you have no location, the Willix team will work with you to find that ideal lot.
3.
Permits
Willix will review your potential home site with respect to bylaws, building restrictions and architectural controls as well as secure all permits required to build your custom home.
4.
Architecture
At Willix, we welcome your own architectural designer and will consult with you and the designer throughout the design process. Or we can connect you with one of our recommended architectural designers based on your vision and style of home.
5.
Budget/Contract
Willix will provide you with a transparent, itemized budget and timeline to build your new home.
6.
Interior Design
The Willix Interior Design team will work with you to create an interior design specification based on your design inspirations. From "palettes to plates," none of your details are overlooked by our interior design team.
7.
Build
The Willix team works closely with our expert trade partners throughout the construction process. We keep you appraised of the progress through ongoing communication. You will never be out of the loop as we bring your vision to life.

Warranty
Our commitment to you continues long after you take possession of your home. We pride ourselves on maintaining long term relationships. In addition, we offer homeowners registration in the Alberta New Home Warranty Program.
